Fundación Somuncura

Fundación Somuncura is an Argentine non-profit conservation organization dedicated to protecting Patagonia’s unique biodiversity. We combine science-based conservation, habitat restoration, species recovery, and long-term field presence with close collaboration with local communities, landowners, government agencies, and other conservation organizations. Our work focuses particularly on threatened and endemic species and the ecosystems they depend on, turning scientific knowledge into practical, lasting conservation action.
